Built in Sirius

hey guys i wanna get a new deck for my truck one of those big display ones.. i was won dering if you can hook up the sirius thats already built into the truck into the deck?

I haven't tried it myself, but Crutchfield told me you can't. The reason is due to wiring inconsistencies between aftermarket and stock head units. However, you can modify the stock antenna to work.

yeah its just got that circle on my roof and i still use my am/fm
