I wouldn't get the plug in kit for that headunit. If you want good quality, get a separate receiver that they sell for the satellite radio.
something like this

or you can buy a nice double din headunit and get the plug in kit for that.
I had satellite radio with the plug in kit for my headunit and it ****ing sucked. the guy at bestbuy told me it wouldnt be very good and i said whatever and bought it anyway and it was a very bad idea lol.

You can pay for it monthly, 3 month intervals, or yearly. Yearly you'll get the better deal.
Either way you choose it will automatically continue charging you. I used a gift card the first time and then they sent me a bill for the next month

EDIT ok you can't get a plug in specifically for that headunit anyway lol

Why are the plugins not good for the single dins but they are for the double dins? Just curious, my double din one worked great.

Dave, before you subscribe call them and say you heard about the $77 a year deal, its pretty easy to get. Just say you got something in the mail about it and you should be able to get it with no issues.

I have the sportster i think. is that the one where you can take it from car to home and dock it there? i have a dock for my stereo at work, and i just drop it in and i can listen to it all day, take it out and drive with it while listening to it.

I got a Starmate a year or two ago.... I don't use it anymore though as I don't drive my truck enough to make it worthwhile. I do still listen to Sirius though as the Mazda has it built in. Do you have an OHC? I had mine in there but Sportster won't fit as it's too big.
