I dont know a specific one, but look into Sony's. They have a seperate PreOut for the Sub and can be controlled through the HU, plus the cost/performace ratio on them is pretty good.

#1. If you are going to spend any money at all, dont spend it on any sony equip. JVC or Rockford or pretty much anything else is worth its salt. I bought all sony x-plod equip cause it was cheap and b/c it said it could handle soo much power. I went to best buy for their 4 year warranty (which i dont know about circut city having one this good) and blew 4 straight pairs of 10's on my amps. 4 PAIRS!! i upgraded to rockford in january. i am going to make it a year without worrying about my subs. they can handle waaaay more than suggested, and i dont know that sony can even handle whats on the label.

#2. Plan out your system completely with your budget in mind. If you need some help, pm me or get in contact with me. i help all of my buds with finding equipment and bulding boxes and just about everything.

Its an expensive mistake when you get something wrong or something thats not what it's cut out to be. I just hope i get to you in time. ill even go and find some stuff for u right now and paste the links. hold on.....

A few quick matches to your critieria:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...740467411&rd=1

or

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...740315946&rd=1

or

Best bang for buck upgrade (assuming you have a 92 ford radio) is a receiver/head unit. Quickly followed by a pair of speakers. Then you can enjoy the new fidelity while you save up for a subwoofer system.
