Pioneer vs Premier........

What is the difference between the models???? Its like 20 bucks extra for the premier? anybody know?

i have a friend that works at electronic express and i was in there with my roommate looking at some HU's and he said all the new models of pioneer that they got in were the pioneer premier ones so if that helps any

no premier has been out since the begining of last year, that i know of. Im trying to find out some info but can't.

top of the line? But all the features are the same. Ive been comparing them. I kinda figured they wer at the top of the line tho.

i believe the premier series has stronger preout voltage, and thats it.

The only diff that I know of , is the premier has a stronger pre-volt out . and the warrenty is 2 years instead of 1 year.

$20 for an extra year of warrantee and a better pre-volt output, I think that would be worth it.

Not really the head units have 4v pre-outputs instead of 2v. Better EQ's, and bass engines.

i agree... if it'll only cost you 20 bucks to upgrade to the premier version AND an extra year of warranty coverage, i'd do it.

Premier is typically the better pioneer product. I dont know about head units, but the premier subwoofer and speaker line is better than regular pioneer.

i had a premier 860 and it was a good HU, premier added active crossover, 6.5v pre out and some other little goodies
