XM Radio w/Factory Stereo

2004 Ranger Extended Cab with the AM, FM, & 6 CD changer but no AUX jack. I have an older XM radio SKYFi with the car dock set up. Used it in previous vehicles with a cassette adapter to bring the sound in and was very pleased with the overall quality. Used a FM modulator plugged into the antennae line on an old Bronco II some years back and was never satisfied with the sound quality. Id like to keep the factory stereo. Is anyone out there familiar with any alternatives to this FM adapter?
