06 SEATS TO 97
 

Someone out there Chime in and tell me if I can put a set of 2006 Ranger leather seats in my 1997 Ranger XLT Spr Cab without doing a bunch of surgery. OBoth are 6040 with opening armrests

i JUST joined here and have a little experience in your dilemma.

I found 60/40 seats from a 2004 Ranger hoping to swap them out in my 1998.
The floor mounting bolts and seat frame bolts are not compatible... not even close.
The best you can do is swap foam & cover if they're the same design.
