Removing Spray Adhesive from Interior Plastic?

Hi guys,

About 5 or so years ago I installed complete interior on my truck to all the plastic parts pretty much. Well over the years it's starting to come loose and deteriorate. I've ripped a few pieces off already but I don't want to rip the rest of it off until I know how to get the adhesive spray off of the plastic so it doesn't look like ****. I might re-do it with something new but then again I might just keep it stock.

Any ideas?

When I removed all the cloth I had installed on my interior with 3m adhesive spray i used this.

Either one works great and you can get it from any auto parts store.

Awesome thank you bro. Any pics of how it turned out? Did you end up re-doing the interior or just leave it alone?

Everything came off and looked the same as before the spray except the fuse box cover it left a stain of where the adhesive spray was but no one ever sees that so I am not to worried about it.
