Need to clean built in grime on paint, cleaner wax??

My car has many brown spots in the paint, even with waxing it hasnt came out. It is from the trees around my apartment complex. Since I am moving and my car will be kept in a garage, what is a good product to really clean my paint and then re-wax. All i see is cleaner-wax and it seems just like a regular wax, any suggestions would be great. Thanks

from the trees? is it sap? a claybar will eat that stuff up. try that and if that doesnt do it, use a straight cleaner like meguiars #80, or meguiars Deep Crystal step 1 :o)

wash it . rinse it, use the car soap as a lube for the claybar. just rub it over the areas or the whole vehicle. Don't need alot of pressure. I should slide and you will be able to feel the clay becoming slippier after a few passes in the same area. keep it the clay clean, if you need to set it down, set it on the truck or in it's container. knead the clay, like fold it over and stretch it out to get a "new" clean spot to work with on the clay. work panel at a time, rinse the truck off as you go, and wash it one last time to make sure you get everything off.
sometimes, you can't see the spot, but if you just washed your car/truck, and it's revatively shiney , run the edge of your hand on the paint, in all different areas, usually the bottom of the doors and back fenders. You will feel it's kind of rough and gritty feeling. You need to clay it then.
After a few times you'll get the hang of it. I can do a car/truck in under 10 mins, i do it 2-3 times a day. If anything, feel free to PM me any questions. I am a detailer by day, and a ranger owner by night.

you really don't want to do that. it will mess up and unpainted trim pieces after a while. Why do you need to strip the wax off, just to rewax it? I understand if you were painting, but any wax you put on with wax still on, will work with the old, fill in abrasions in the clear that the old wax didn't get.

shadow905, good luck man. Probably should have mentioned, if you can see tar, remove it before you clay bar it. Tar just eats up the clay.
