what to use

I recently got married and all of my friends decided it would be funny to mess with the truck. They took and put the window writing stuff on the windows and in the process got some on the hard plastic around the windshield and the plastic at the bottom of the windows . i pressure washed it all off but in the process got it scattered all over the paint and the only way i can get it off is by scrubbing each and every spot. is there any thing out there that can help me get this off a little better.

Try some Meguiars Scratch-X, I've had good luck using it on various stains.

that window chalk? i hate that stuff... my rubber strip around my windsheild as red on it from that stuff about a month or two old lol...

id avoid the pressure washer as it might hurt the seal but id try some wd40, or a paint solvant as long as your carefull not to get it on your paint...

You can try gas. Just dampen a cloth and softly rub the area.

Clean the area with soap and water afterwards.

If they used shoe polish good luck! I had someone write a bunch of crap on my Roadmaster in highschool with shoe polish as an innocent joke. I spent hours trying to clean it up and it never really went away until I had the whole car repainted (For an unrelated reason)

BEst of luck!

pressure washers arent your friend with that stuff. i sat there with my pocket knife and just picked at it, but my paint was FUBAR anyway, so it didn't matter if i messed it up. I'd try the wd40 or claybar idea.
