There is some powder you put on the carpet, let it sit, and then vacume it up. Just go to Petco, or Petsmart and see what they have...

It will small like ****/flea-bomb, but I guarentee you wont have any more fleas.
Send your friend the bill for the bomb ( their like 10$ ) plus a surcharge/franchising fee of 1 case of beer...
Kick him for not taking care of his dog, leting his pet infect with fleas like that.

I heard it works for crabs too

If you use the flea , DISCONNECT YOUR BATTERY FIRST!

No kidding, that stuff could go off like a in your cab from a spark if you set one off and fill the cab with the vapor.

The flea should solve your problem. But do disconnect the negative lead of your battery before you it, and don't reconnect it until after you've opened the cab and ventilated it.

I've used them at home (dang cats) and they do work and they'd cover EVERYTHING in the truck. I wouldn't be afraid of them -- just use them carefully.

Just wear some flea collars on your arms and legs and you should be good to go...lol! But seriously, I have seen the flea powder stuff they are mentioning at any local pet store that can be vacuumed up. That bug bomb would make a major PITA to clean and most likely will taint the truck with odor forever. My problem isn't fleas but the little reddish hairs and slobber that our boxer seems to leave EVERYWHERE whenever I take her for a ride. I wish I could teach and trust her enough to ride in the bed.

Goto your vets and get a flea spray for bedding/carpets or ask what spray to buy then go find it cheaper on ebay.

That sucks. We had a similar problem with my girlfriends car and I just vacuumed it really good and the problem was solved.
