Question about cleaning dirt from textured plastic flooring
I recently bought a fleet vehicle at auction, and the interior was absolutely filthy. I've been able to clean most of it up, but the floors of my vehicle are textured plastic, and have trapped some of the dirt pretty well. I've been scrubbing at it with simple green and a nail brush, but even that isn't cleaning it as well as I'd like.
Does anyone one have any tips?

Simple green will get it clean, the trick is getting the dirt off after it's scrubbed lose. When I did mine, I used Dawn dish soap and a scrubber with a shop vac and water hose ready. It takes a lot of time, but what you have to do is scrub a spot clean, vacuum it up, rinse it, vacuum, probably rinse and vacuum again. Will probably take a few tires.
Or, the "easy" way would be pull the floor out and take it to the car wash so all the dirt is rinsed off while cleaning. Cause the big thing is getting the dirt off once it's broke free, otherwise it will just dry on there and still look dirty. Good luck!
