Looking for a kit.

Well, with the recent purchase of my truck i now own my first black vehicle.

Im looking for a kit with steps to keep this truck as clean and protected as possible. ive seen meguiars three stage but never seen it actually used. is it a good kit? should i get a clay bar and do that every now and then? any comments are welcome. much obliged.

I have the first two parts of meguiar's 3 step, but i replaced the wax with NXT tech wax, which freakin ROCKS. I also recently got somec claybar, but i couldn't get it to work like i assumed it would. Maybe I was doin it wrong? I donno, but if you just have a good wax like NXT you wont have to clean/polish (the other 2 steps) near as often. A good spray-on detailer will help extend time between waxes too.

I love my black truck, but it's a b*tch to keep clean!

Yep defintely recommend NXT on this one, because it doesnt leave any white powder residue behind that tends to show up on black vehicles when using wax. Check out blkout's pics of his truck after using NXT.

And yes, wash, clay, then wax, and u wont be disappointed!
