Cleaned out under the hood

Have not cleaned it in forever.

Found a local company with some new stuff to try.

Orange citrus cleaner, actually has real oranges in it, can see orange peels in it, smells like OJ :) Retails for 9.95 32oz

Those are how it was

These are after the citrus cleaner and spray it off with a hose

Next I sprayed on the Shine All, not sure on price, but it is basically water soluable armorall on steroids. Looked kind of milky after it was sprayed on.

Then drove it home, letting it dry the whole time

It got my bottles clean :) Took about 10 minutes to spray it all on, took 0 effort. I like my clean bottles :)

When I used a spray citrus on my 3.0 that is when the infamous belt squeek started on my truck. I think that problem is limited to 3.0's.

It sure makes a dfference in the looks as your pics show.

I have more mud in my engine compartment than River Ranch. If they want to test that stuff on my truck they should send me a sample :)

looks nice man

but the shine all will probably just attract more dirt and grime

whenever i wash my truck, i pop the hood, and spray a crap load of Purple Stuff (my fav brand) degreaser EVERYWHERE, maybe take a stiff brush w/ soap and hit the dirtiest spots, then hose it off and let it dry...

works nice

but good job man
