Gas on Paint...

well about a month ago i was topping off and the autoshut off didnt work on the nozzle so i over flowed and had some gas run down the side of my bed... stupid me didnt wipe if off right away and just noticed today that its got a light color to that area now... anyway to get it back to normal... im gunna try a clay bar and wax it and see what happens but was wondering if there were any tips

probly some Scratch-x will take the oxidation off then clay then cleaner wax then lik NXT wax.... i always get gas off as fast as i can..even if its just the stuff to clean the window with they have on a bush at the gas station

My truck had a problem with not getting gas to the tank, the breather tube or something...


Anywho, i always got it off asap....my step is still alittle grey since im stepside, but the paint is fine, it was dull i used some clay bar and wax and its back to new

yea i clay barred it yesterday and it came right out... so im all good now

Not to get off track or anything but i have heard that about the stepside rangers.........your tring to fill em up and it keeps clicking off even when the tank is only 1/4 full. Wonder if its a common problem?
