it was a joke... 100 grit on a belt sander would go through the metal in a hurry lol

bleche white tire cleaner works magic spray it on let it sit for about a minute then take like a bug sponge or tooth brush and itll come right off guarenteed

I know this is really old but nail polish remover is basically same as rubbing alcohol right? Its all we had and my wife said it was basically the same.

BTW i immediatly washed the panel

I use methyl hydrate for the pine sap on our vehicles, works fine, but wouldn't leave it on the paint long . . .

Im gona keep an eye on it for a few days, so far clear coat looks fine. I would assume if its gona damage it it would have done it by now.
