Bama Tuner Question,,
I just got my Bama Tuner in the mail and need to know as my new K&N filter is being ordered can I run it with the stock intake? Im not sure how long the filter will take to come as it was for the 77series intake that they are currently out of stock at K&N.
Programed:

So, can I run it with the stock intake for now?

I wasn't paying attention and managed to get to 45 in a 30 without noticing. Usually my exhaust is so loud I know when I'm at the speed for the road but it surprised me. I was able to squeak these 31"s flooring it from a stoplight. My automatic seems to shift quicker and I doesn't feel like this 31"s are any problem for the engine now. I cant wait to install the K&N intake and see if I can feel that as much as I can feel the bama. I don't know why I waited to get this, so far I'm loving it.
I'm running the 87 Performance. I'm not sure if it's worth the $400 new but for $275 used hells yeah! better investment then my exhaust. Ill report my mpg when I fill up and then report back when I refill to see if there's any improvemnt. Right now I avg about 16 city.

I reached 97 on the highway, and didnt notice, felt like the truck could do more and wanted too. I was just scared of that ticket when you do 37mph over so I slowed to an 80mph crawl. My truck use to struggle at 75mph and after this the $400 new is worth it, and the $275 is a hella good bargin, fun part was I followed this riced out civic the whole time and he never lost me till I got off the highway,, sweet,,

I haven't recieved a suitable answer regarding their 2.3 dohc programming, so I have held off on ordering one. Yours may be one the first.
Thanks in advance

15.77 MPG ALL CITY DRIVING!!!! I bet I have the worst gas mileage of any 4 banger and maybe some 6's!
maybe I need new spark plugs? mine havent been changed sine I got it,, about 18k miles and over 2 years ago,, about how hard are new plugs to install? recommend any?
should I try seafoam? I would never go back to stock or lower it but want to do what I can,,
my math 138.8 miles / 8.8 gallons = 15.77miles/gallon..
