Crazy codes...
 

I have a 98 2.5l with 142k, Two months ago I replaced my clutch and I got the upstream 02 sensor wire caught between the motor and transmission. So my check engine light came on as I expected. Yesterday I finally got the 02 sensor changed out and reset my computer. The check engine light came on again, so I went to the part store to have my codes checked out, I'm throwing 4 codes
p0135-oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 1
p0141-oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 2
p1451-system canister vent solenoid circuit
p1409-vacuum regulator circuit fault

I have no idea why I am throwing these codes, even the 02 sensor I just replaced is still popping up, before i did my clutch nothing did. The clutch job went pretty smoothly, I didn't leave anything unplugged everything looked pretty good. Could driving the truck with the one bad sensor mess up the rest? I'm pretty lost on whats going on and I want to get an idea before I spend the money to fix it..so does anybody have any ideas what this could be????

Having literally this exact problem but it runs rough after revving then stalls out when driving. Ever find the problem?
