Drive, Bump, Then Swoosh

So for the past 8 months, I've struggled to get 400 miles out of my truck, New O2's, New coil, New plugs/Wires, New suspension, New clutch slave, New A/C relay etc..... But now when it's driving so well, I pulled in my driveway hit a bump and all hell broke loose. Coolant started steaming and i found a busted piece under the intake that let the water pump, pump out all of my coolant onto the block and starter. It looks to be a T fitting, but What I need is the name of this, and where does it go, my home time is very short right now, and I don't really have time to investigate. I found nothing even remotely close in the Chilton book, and searching the forum. Pic Added,I think this is a 2.0 Duratec but will work for description. It is this line in the yellow circle, but it looked like there was a fitting where the green circle is.

2003 Sing cab, 5-Speed
Duratec 2.3
253K miles
No engine mods

Not familiar with this engine, but my 97 did this over the speed bump as my son's were pulling into school. The heater control valve split in two pieces.

I am tempted to pull intake and make the T fitting. I'm way to busy next two months, and need it to move.
