I had one in a 289 HiPo back in the 70-80s, ya a while ago.
Dual Quads, Tunnel Ram, 5 something gears, turned in low 12s, sometimes.

They used to be the only way to go for a Ford.

Why are YOU choosing Crower ?

Did you contact their Customer Service and get info or a Cam choice ?

Comp Cams run well in Fords too, my latest Cam is a high lift, short duration bump stick that wil increase the low end torque and mid range HP, in a 5.0L V-8 that is.

Luck on your choices

Crower seems to be the only major aftermarket maker with most choice for the 2.3 Duratec
They offer five different types/stages of camshafts from almost stock to full race
