my 99 2.5 ext. cab manual with 235/75/15's is good for about 22-25 (tops) driving like a nancy with only a K&N for engine mods (if you call a filter a mod).

ever think of taking that snorkel peice off? i'm sure you could get more then 25 grampa'ing it.

well... its more air toward that gas mixture isn't it? as long as you're not always on the throttle.

Well I know I've killed it for the winter now. I've tossed some sand bags in the back, and I do have to say, that it hooks up better in the snow than my old s10 blazer did. I'm actually shocked at how well it grips the icey roads...

As for MPG, I'm sure they will suffer quite a bit, not only from the added weight, but from tire spinning/F'en around in the snow...
