2.3 Duretec Cams?

im looking for high end torque cams, anybody know who makes them?

Crane cams makes them also. but sorry i dont have any experience with any of them.

the ones i listed are not for duretec anyways, there for the lima. i dont think ill be getting cams since i need two, i was told around 400 a piece, i have other things to buy. i am looking at the xcaliber

$400 a piece thats ridicouls that doesnt sound right
doesnt the duratec come in the focus?
can you use those?

i had no idea the focus used the 2.3. there the exact engine as us? what years did the focus have the 2.3 duretec?

according to Crane Cams they are the same. it says 2.3L for focus and Ranger

hey i wonder if you could do a head swap
doesnt the focus have vv-t(variabl valve timing)?
its like v-tec on a ford haha that would be sweet in a ranger but yeah the sams sounld fit dont qoute me on that since i do not have a 2.3 duratec

the cams are a good upgrade........the duratec is rev happy and ready for the extra lift/duration. i would go with the ford racing ported duratec cylinder head to get the most out of the cams.....and i would make sure all the bolt ons are in place before going into the engine with cams.
