I bought this brand new cylinder head off a shop on eBay with really good reviews, I got the head apart to check the valves for any leakage, I poured water in the combustion chamber and could see water dripping out of every exhaust and intake port. I had messaged the machinist on eBay about this issue and he had told me it was normal and that 90% of the time they will leak. I dried the water out and sprayed it with wd40 and shot compressed air from the back of the valve to see if any air bubbles would form and if there are a heavy amount on each exhaust valve. The machinist told me it passed the vac test with only 6% loss but the amount of air coming up from the valve makes me doubt them sealing. This is the same on every valve. What should I do?
