Programmer for a 2004 2.3 Ranger??

I have a 2004 ranger 2.3 Duratec and I cant find a programmer for it anywhere. I bought a diablo sport tuner for it a while back and someone said it worked on there 05 2.3 and it is made to be for 06+ models. Is there anyone who makes one that will work on the 2004 for sure??
