Churping Sound... NeED Help!

Hey guys, this is a recent thing that my truck decided to start doing.. Every time i turn left, even the slightest bit, i will get a wiered "churping" sound coming from the front drivers side wheel.. also, sometiems it does it when i brake, while others the braking stops the churping.. Any ideas what it could be? Should i be worried? brakes work fine, nothing seems to be loose..

CV axle maybe? I think they make more of a click then a chirp... definitely when turning though.

They wont chirp, they are held in with self-sealing stem-bolts. Don't you know that n00b!

wheel bearings will more likely grind or roar. Ive had U Joints chirp on me before but i dont see why it would only do it when turning.
