For anybody who has had a gear swap..
I was doing my SL install over the past few days, I noticed that even with the diff dropped down a few inches that front diff cover still isn't accesible. I am going to have a gear swap front and rear in the near future, I'm wondering, since the front diff isn't in the clear how do they go about doing the gears? Do they gotta pull the knuckles and all the front end parts like during the SL install in order to gain access to the front diff, I'm just curious, I'm sure alot of you guys know how they go about doing it at the shops..
Thanks!
Thanks!

Have to pull the diff. You only need to do one wheel though to do it.
You can pull one wheel, disc and caliper, axle nut, seperate the upper ball joint from the knuckle. Pull the knuckle back and the cv shaft out of the knuckle. Pry the inner cv joint out of the diff. Unbolt the driveshaft and diff bolts with a jack underneath. Pry the other inner cv joint loose and pull the diff out away from it.
