2003 5 Speed Manual,
In first gear at low speeds I get a 'light scraping noise' almost sounds like two ceramics scraping... usually more pronounced on colder mornings goes away sometimes after driving a bit.

This has been going on for about 30k with no real change. I've changed manual transmission fluid and no change was found. Any ideas or general thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
