dana 35... do they even make covers for it? I've never looked. I know ruff stuff doesn't...

*edit they got one for the jeep d35 but I'm not thinking that will fit in an ifs setup. But I don't know for sure.

Nope, no one makes a D35 IFS diff cover and the jeep D35 cover will not work.

Your only option for making a drain plug, is drill your cover, weld a nut on the inside(or JB weld),and run a bolt with an O-ring.

Bob installed a motorcycle drain plug in the bottom of the housing but he said the material is really thin and easy to strip threads out.

The dana 30 is another jeep axle... it won't fit either. it protrudes too much and I don't think the bolts line up.

Dana 35 3/8" One Piece Diff Cover [d35c] - $100.00 I think they may make a cover but haven't find out yet if it will fit or if it has a drain bolt yet

Its a super tight fit between the axle and crossmembers. I'm not so sure an aftermarket cover would even fit.

You are stuck with the stock cover. I wanted to install a drain in the cover itself but really there is no room.
