airlocked slve. need help.
here we go. 98 ranger 3.0 standard.
been having problems with the slave/ main cylinder lately ive been needing to bleed it weekly. tonight i drove around 30 miles got to wear i was goin and went to leave, had no pressure in my clutch. so i bled it quick, drove fine. took the high way home another 30 miles went to go off the exit and had no clutch pressure. limped it to a nearby gas station and rebled it. no biggie. well i bled it one last time and bled the bastard dry, thus air locking it. i pumped it hard for probably 10 minutes with no luck, master cylinder was full, and i bled it maybe every two minutes with no luck. soooo. i need help. asap, running the truck later at mud bogs and as of now it wont start due to clutch not disengaging. so any help wood be greatly appreciated. thank you.

Maybe take out the Master, bleed it on the bench, reinstall and bleed the Slave.
Use a Vacuum Gun type of bleeding device and make sure always to have a full reservoir.
Why I suggest it this way because if new then you would have to do it that way AND I have heard that when air gets in the master it isn’t easy to get out.
I am not a Mechanic just looking at this logically; there may be better ways to do this but I am just thinking out loud and a little bump helps to get things started.
Good Luck,
