Depends on what it came off of. If it's a waggy d44 it's slightly larger than your track width now. If it's a 3/4ton d44 from a chevy, it's full size and will be a lot wider.
Find out if it's passenger or drivers side drop and what it came off of man. That'll help answer a lot more questions on here!

60ish give or take an inch is the WMS to WMS on a ranger. As stated the first axle wont work. The second axle appears to be a low pinion driver side drop but the more I look at the pictures they dont match up. It looks like the one picture of the complete axle is swapped around. Which is why there appears to be a panhard mount on the driverside.
Heres the pictures to show what I mean.
This is the one how they posted it on craigslist.
Now notice in this one that I flipped the axle is a passenger side drop with the two hole highsteer arm and panhard mount are now on the correct side.
