3.73 or 4.10 rear end gears

Hi has anyone got any of the above gear ratios in their Rangers? If so which would be best for an every day driver 1996 Ford Ranger super cab 4.0 OHV with lowered suspension and 20" chrome rims?

3.73s for ohv and smaller tires. Depending on tire size you might even prefer 3.55s.

Overall diameter of roughly 27"...
I would actually probably run 3.55s in that case. My 98 Ranger (4.0L OHV 4x4 5speed manual) came stock with 31" tires and 3.73s, and it worked well in that configuration. 3.55s and 27" tires would still be geared lower than my 4x4 ranger was.

If your already geared to 3.73 I wouldn't mess with it.
