4.88's

does anyone know if the torsen ls that comes fractory in the fx4 level 2 rear will accept 4.88's? I Was thinking about finally regearing and getting new tires and want ls in the front and rear but want to make sure my ls that I already have in the rear will work.

You can only go to 4.56s with the Torsen. Honestly IMO the Torsen is a sub-par diff. If you really want 4.88s, get them and ditch the Torsen, then sell it to recoup some cost. If you don't wanna ditch the Torsen, 4.56s it is.

Powertrax makes a LS? I'd go with a locker but thats just me haha. If you don't wheel too hard you'd probably be happier with the LS.

Ive been leaning more toward right lock or aussie in back and ls up front. Do you think that would be a good idea? I def dont want a locker up front unless its selectable

And if you go 37's you are gonna want 4.88's without a doubt.

I had an aussie in the front of mine and it was a nice locker. Don't worry too much about a locker in the front, you'll never know its there if you're not in 4x4.
