4wd questions

I replaced the axle seal last night and it good to go. I went to add fluid to the differential and i don't have a fill plug. I have a fitting and a small hose running to my wheel well. It is taking forever to get the gear oil through that hose to the differential. I took the hose off and blew through it and its letting air through, i also stuck a coat hanger in the fitting to make sure it wasn't clogged and its good. It's just taking forever to fill it up. Is there a better way to do this? My other question is i was laying under my truck and i spun my front driveshaft and it spun the right side axle shaft but not the left. Is that a problem?

The front diff is open. If the hub is engaged it will not spin, but the other side will.

Fill plug is on the drivers side near the cv shaft.
