I bought the superlift drive shaft when i got the lift and that shaft was NOT cheap. Im not to technically advanced yet but im learning and hearing about a double carden shaft is something i will have to look into. But you all think its def the drive shaft? That was my guess but flippin mechanics swore it was the transfer case

ok so you have the superlift driveshaft, and had it installed when this noise showed up. You pulled the shaft out, and noise went away. YOu've had the t-case rebuilt. How bout the ujoints on the shaft? Are they in good shape. By doing process of elimination you can narrow it down. How bout your outer hubs? I would check everything that TURNS when you have 4wd engaged. CV shafts, hubs, front diff, t-case.

The other 10% will eventually get one as well because the stock shaft WILL go out
and to the OP, did you ever grease your superlift shaft?
