93 Clutch and inner u joint, any tips?
I'm helping a kid from my school do his clutch and inner TTB u joint tomorrow, any tips or write ups on either?
I've done the clutch on my 01/04 4 times now, is there any major differences that I should be planning for?
Also have done an outer u joint on that damn TTB, but I hear the pass inner one is a ***** to get to so I could use any tips or write ups on that one. Do have a Haynes, but looking for any insight from people.

there is two ways to do the inner ttb u-joint one way is to drop the driver side axle beam and radius arm in order to remove the houseing so you can get the c-clip off of the axle so you can pull the axle. if you do it that way you should eleminat the c-clip. or you can use a torch and torch the center of the u-joint out and replace it while the axles still in the truck.

I've heard that can be done. I have the torch or plasma to do it, but is there enough clearance to get the press in to install the new u joint?
Also worried about those caps. this is an old not so well maintained high school kid truck....I've already cracked one ear on a shaft from an old 93 TTB that was rusted/frozen up to hell....
