Icon5 Rear Output Seal Leak - Verification Please

While changing my oil today, I decided to have a look around the bottom side of my truck. After researching a little bit and viewing other's photos, I believe I have a leaking "Rear Output Seal" of the "Transfer Case."
Here is the image of the Transfer Case:

Also, while rotating the tires, I noticed another problem. I believe my "Suspension Sway Bar Links" have rusted away.

Could anyone verify these are the two issues I uncovered today?

Thanks,
Jake
