5R44E Auto Trans - little shake P -> R

I have 130K on my 2004 FX4.
Sometimes when I go from Park to Reverse I get a little shimmy shake.
Is my truck telling me something?

If so, is there a prefered vendor around here for rebuilt 5R44E's?
