alright guys i need your help...my throwout bearing is bad and thereis nothin i can do bout it for a while. A couple of days ago i lost 4th gear and had to slam shift to get it in. Every once in a while a different gear would go out. I am also geting a metal to metal grinding sound from my tranny. Sounds like a super charger but bad lol. Its really loud and noticeable. I think i am low or out of tranny fluid maybe? Anyone got any ideas? If it is the fluid then how do a drain and change it? Any other ideas?

 

there is a drain and a fill plug located on the side of the tranny.. just make sure to remove the fill plug first in case it is seized otherwise you wont be able to fill it back up again... for fluid use normal ATF... i think it takes around 3 qts.
