31 or 28 spline doesn't matter for the gears. You WILL have problems with the c-clip axles with that gearing. To get the clips in the center pin has to come out; and even with just the 4.56 the ring gear is so thick you can't get the center pin out on some diffs. 4.88's are worse and I can only imagine 5.13's!!!
You have to grind a flat in the center pin to get it out, or do a floating axle conversion.
Call this guy and see if he can dig it up. I bought some stuff from him and he was pretty responsive.

Whether he lists it or not, he can probably find it for you.

As far as install, mine was complicated by the ring and pinion change, and the fact that I had and empty shell of an axle to start with. It's not so complicated to set the gear mesh pattern, and lash, but tightening down that stinkin' pinion nut is a real pain in the butt.
It takes 350 lb/ft or so to deform the crush sleeve and trying to get that torque on the nut with the axle out of the vehicle is fun. Two guys trying to hold the axle down, and the third leaning on the end of a 6 foot pipe slipped over a 3/4" drive breaker bar -- and lifting the two guys into the air, lol. What fun...

Thanks, man! It's a 2 year project time line, though, because the truck is my daily driver. Could happen sooner, but I can't take it down long to do it, so it has to be get everything together, prefab as much of the engineering as possible, then do the assembly. I may wait until it's paid off (2 years) and just get a cheap car to drive so I can take the truck down with no problems.
Dang responsibilities!
