Icon9 odd clutch problem need help diagnoseing.

so this started completely randomly the other day. when my truck gets warmed up the clutch will slip. it comes and goes and i did add a spec of fluid and that had made it even more sporadic. I know the weak point is the slave cylinder in ranger drive trains. Any ideas though? my truck is a 99 xlt 2 wheel drive 3.0 with only 80k. and she runs like a dream

Any engine oil dripping from the rear main seal , or oil present on the bottom of the bell housing ?
If everything is dry , Has this truck been towing alot ?
Any chatter when you take off from a stop ?

edit
I just looked at your location. A bunch of stop-and-go driving is hard on the pressure plate springs.
Time for a clutch job.

everything is dry. i looked in the bell housing and the disc looks fine. i have been doin some light towing but not in a month or so. other thing i noticed the truck has trouble decelerating in neutral when this thing occurs.
