99 to 01 Tranny Swap

I have a 99 Explorer 4x4 with blown tranny. I purchased a 01 for it . Both are 5r55e but the 99 has only one sensor on outside of case and the 01 has two,,,plus the range on 99 has 12 pins in plug and 01 has 11.
What can I do to make this tranny work?
