temp sender length

Does anyone know which temp gauge has a sender that will fit in the 5r55e tranny test port? The one from SunPro the sender is about a 1/2 to long and bottoms out before the threads even meet the hole. What have you all used? I do alot of muddin in this rig and would like to be able to keep an eye on my tranny temp.

Some of the Lightning guys have. Not me though.

As long as it's touching the fluid it won't matter much. The thermal dynamics from the flowing fluid, to stationary fluid, and to the sensor body is pretty much imeadiate.
