I have a 1987 Ranger that I recently acquired. It has the zimmer package with a 302. I'm attempting to install a Lokar KD-2AODHT tv cable. I have ran into a problem with the valve body shaft. It's in the up position so The cable is installed on the bottom. Problem is that the shank bolt is in a 4 o'clock position instead of 6. When new lever is installed it rubs against the side of the pan. Any suggestions?
