hey im no yota guy i sold it to move down to flroida im just a wheeler ill build whatever but i like the body of the ranger and i think it will be nice

lol alright, no need to take offense to it...it wasnt meant that way. I have no problem with yota's (wheelers atleast) and respect them alot because they have some pretty sick ****...im just super jelous of their aftermarket....cuz i wish it was as easy to get a doubler kit as it is for them lol

i wasnt offended just saying i liked my doubler with 4.7 gears in the yota with 5.29s in the diffs it was nice i might build a doubler for the ranger if you can bolt up to a v8 tranny

i just read the tech article on the doubler and i dont think it will be strong enough for my application although it would be nice to do if i was sure it would hold up

The body/frame was so rotten it was no longer road worthy. I dont think it was a highboy. I got the tcase and axles in trade for breaking the truck into parts.

If it had a divorced transfer case it was a highboy, unless someone swapped it in to this truck.

Yea that thing is in pretty bad shape

But I can see its either a 78 or 79 so it wouldn't be a highboy, very interesting
