automatic trans hard to shift through the gears
 

Ok. 98 ranger column shift. disconnected it from the trans. column shifts fine. hooked it back up to trans and its tough to shift in gears.
I know its a trans problem but don't know what kind of a problem.
a little or a lot of help is appreciated. thanks

To all those people 27 months ago.......

Mine is connected and stiff too. Under I go to lube it directly if possible.

I will report back if it's the last thing I do on this earth.
