I'm not sure if he actually completed this. He is rarely on.

weird. i turned on my 4wheel drive today and my front left hub locked then unlocked like 4 times and my truck was like hopping. i knwo the right one is gone because it holds no pressure, tested it with a vacuum pump didnt even expect the other one to actually hold pressure at all

first, if your hopping around you're gonna break something

second, being an open diff, the power was probably getting transmitted from side to side as the traction changed.

hopefully the AVMs will fix this lol. i brought it to a shop so i was tyring to see if they would "unstick" like the guy said but clearly its not goign to do anything. right hub holds no vac and this one is clearly messed up so i hope the AVMs will "cure" my truck lol

Oh and you don't have to lock them in and out all the time. Lest say you are at a trail and only some parts require 4wd. Lock them in at the beginning of the trail and just switch in and out of 4wd if you need to. At the end of the train unlock them and you are done.

I figure that's what stops people from buying them because they think you have to get out anytime you want out of 4wd.

yeah clearly i haven't had anything with manual hubs. this is only my 3rd vehicle, and first truck. and i am having a friend of mine look at, not yet graduated from UTI so it gives me doubts but i now know for sure they need to be replaced, went to a shop for 2nd opinion.

Already ordered and are on the way.
