Tanny Help ASAP

Alright everyone, I need help My clutch pedal went soft and now I cant put it into gear with my truck on. Is this the slave cylinder?

ive already tryed that. I guess its time to pull my tranny.

Definately a slave cylinder. Install a new clutch & pressure plate while you are in there also. Don't forget to have your flywheel resurfaced also.

You should call around to get pricing on having the flywheel resurfaced. I know around me, it is cheaper to get a new one from the auto parts store (roughly $65)

I think im just goin to buy a new one. I guess a few day off of work I dont need to take are here.

When i get a new fly wheel what size shim should i get?

You shouldn't need any shims. If your stock flywheel has them, then use those.

I think the only transmission that uses the shim is the automatic.

alright just checking cause autozone has one and it said i need shims.

Well I ordered all my parts they should be here this by this weekend and ill have it all installed saturday and sunday.
