Dont put a motor out of a 240sx in it. No offense, but thats stupid. If you want to go turbo go with a 2.3T out of a SVO mustang or a Tbird. It bolts right up to the existing transmission.

Yeah please dont put a jap motor in your ford its just not right... That being said The 2.3 when you boost the ever living hell out of it will put up a very good fight and spin the tires all day oh and get you down the track right quick

the svo motor bolts up to which transmissions? this might deter me from my 5.0 thoughts

personally i think it would be badass if you got your hands on an sr20. stock turbo, in light applications they are quick as hell. hold a good amount of boost stock as well.

if going with a sr20, you might as well turbo a ka24de motor, they hold well and are cheaper than the sr motor

very true but the SR is already turboed and takes a bit of the work out of it. i assume they would cost around the same after you buy the KA and rebuild it (if you wanna make sure everythings cool, i would) then purchase a decent turbo kit or piece one together. or just buy a 240 that already has an sr swap! 50% of the 240's for sale here are swapped.
