You've gotten all your wheels and tires rebalanced I'm guessing? So you can rule out a bent wheel and improperly balanced wheels and tires? If the alignment is good, u-joint and driveshaft is good and the wheels are properly balanced, I'm stumped ha

im 100% positive he'd notice death wobble. you can't hold the steering wheel still when it happens. mine did it because of a bad outer tie rod after getting it aligned.

U-joints in front and rear driveshaft.

Tires out of balence, bent or damaged wheel.

Damage in the front or rear differentials.

Worn out or damaged front end, ball joints, tie rod ends ect.

This

A loose bed won't cause the truck to shake, the bed will just bounce around

I was wondering how the hell loose bed bolts would make the truck shake. This is how I feel when I read alot of members agreeing to that...

hahah. the cab is shaking from the bed which isn't attached to the cab. I've had my bed loose on my truck before the body lift and it bounced around but it never shook the cab. it was really annoying with the rear slider open

Yep, I forgot to add your front or rear driveshaft could be out of balance also.

Even the fartmaster 44 dumped could cause the vibration, I know on my old LTD when I let off the gas the whole car vibrated from the rumble the the exhaust.

People are suggesting to check the bed because he has already checked EVERYTHING ELSE.

Including his hair.

I doubt he has checked everything, if he did and found no problems then he needs to go back and check again. Checking the bed bolts is about as smart as whiping before you poop.

I wiped before I pooped once. lol.

I also think that something must have been missed. He sent me a text while getting all of his stuff checked at his work place, and said it was all good.

Hmmm....

U joints are solid and have zero play

Tires are in balance did them yesterday. Wheels are not bent

The only thing i noticed it the front drive shaft has some play i can pull up and down on it (bad pinion bearing possibly?)

Front end parts new as of November Ball joints upper and lower, TRE, ITR, Endlinks, sway bushings. just greased today

Everything I listed is common causes of vibrations, I 95% sure its 1 of the problems I listed, if not then I know of a few others but it will cost him a pretty penny to have fixed.

Pull your front driveshaft and go for a ride and see if the problem remains.

Check your steering shaft extention, other than that I cant think of anything on a BL that would cause your problem. Everything I listed is what you need to check.

If I was you take it to a front end shop and see if they can figure out the problem. Find a shop that does not charge any fee to tell you what the problem is, once they tell you whats wrong go home and fix it yourself.

Why not just take it back to the shop and tell them to fix it? I wouldn't be wasting my own money to fix a problem that started after a shop worked on my truck.
