Cali peeps gear job?
 

Just ordered my 4.88s and I don't want to pay 4 wheel parts insane labor fees so does anyone in cali know how to do gears?

is Larson still looking to do his?? i dont know how...but i wouldnt mind learning how...if you dont mind being the guinea pig...

Getting them in is easy but I have no idea how to set the backlash. I have seen it done many times but I'm not prepared to do it myself.

my dad knows how but he wont do it. he hates gearing(said it takes to long). he and my grandpa set up the geats in my 92.

ha 4.88s thats what i am gettin onve my tires get installed(currently sitting in garage waiting for the cash flow to build up to get them installed.)

O well, like 200 bucks isnt that bad for install. Can't wait to have some power again.
