Clutch issue has me stumped
i have a 2000 ranger 3.0 with 5-speed transmission, had the clutch disc fail about a month ago due to leaking slave that i put off due to not wanting to drop the trans at the time. i have replaced my entire clutch system, disc, pressure plate combo from LUK (07-140), bought the entire hydraulic system (twice because i messed up the master the first time) and have bled the system 7 ways to sunday but cannot for the life of me figure out why the system wont even go into gear at this point. i know that the slave has plenty of travel and that the hydraulic system is bled properly, all the components are correctly installed ( have torn it apart and redone it 3 times to make sure everything was done correctly) if you can figure out what i am missing please speak up
have thrown a link to 4 videos i took yesterday to show my issue and the throw-out travel, 2 vids are engine off, 2 are truck running.

Does transmission shift OK with engine OFF?
If not the shifter arm is incorrectly installed
Transmission is always at Rear wheel RPMs, so when stopped 0 RPMs
Flywheel and pressure plate are always at engine RPMs, say 750RPMs at idle
When clutch pedal is up, then clutch disc between flywheel and pressure plate is at engine RPMs
So when you want to put transmission into 1st gear while stopped you push in the clutch pedal and then push shifter towards 1st gear, the 4" synchro for 1st has to slow down the 10" clutch disc from 750RPMs to 0 RPMs to match transmission RPMs, only then will it go into 1st gear.
If clutch disc is rubbing on flywheel or pressure plate it is very hard to get it to slow down to 0 RPMs
This can be caused by limited travel of the slave, i.e. air in the system, but it can also be caused by clutch disc not sliding on input shaft splines, it is rare, but can happen
Even a manufacturing goof up on clutch disc thickness can do it
And then there is the Pilot Bearing, it supports the end of the transmission's Input shaft(driven by clutch disc) which sits inside the Crank shaft which is spinning at Engine RPMs, Pilot Bearing allows the input shaft and clutch disc to slow down to 0 RPMs, unless it has failed, and then it is hard to slow down the input shaft to match transmissions 0 RPMs
You can try shifting to 3rd or 4th gear when stopped to get Clutch disc down to 0 RPMs then shift to 1st, this may be needed until clutch disc wears down a bit

I can see in the videos it disengaging and it will go into gear when the truck isn't running, but not when it is.
Possibility that the end of the input shaft is bent slightly and it's binding on the pilot bearing in the end of the crank ???
It wouldn't take much for it to bind, the tolerances are quite close _ very tricky to get the transmission back in on this one _ I know from experience.
It just doesn't slip right in, I found when I did mine, it had to be coaxed in gently _ a bit at a time, even with a transmission jack.
